- Care management fee covers the care assessment and continuous care planning services. Sensible Care conducts regular care plan reviews by your Care Manager at no additional charge to ensure individualised, holistic and relevant care and services.
- Package management includes the ongoing administration and financial management of your Home Care Package, including coordination of your services, preparation of monthly statements, compliance and quality assurance processes.

Our Guidelines
- Sensible Care operates on a minimum 2 hour per shift structure.
- Service Cancellations: 24 hours notice required or fees may apply.
- Income Tested Fee (ITF) is determined by Services Australia and must be paid by the consumer if applicable.
- Third-party services: Charged at cost with no added margin.
- This schedule of fees should be read in conjunction with your Home Care Agreement, budget and care plan.
